Aerobic exercises are those that require a great deal of air to enter and leave the lungs and therefore greater effort by the lungs and subsequently the heart.
Aerobic exercises include swimming, cycling, running and dancing. Aerobic processes are chemical reactions that require air (or sometimes just oxygen) for the reaction to occur.
