Food is what we eat or drink to stay alive and to be able to practice our physical and mental activities.

What is Digestion?

Digesting our food means cutting it down into its finest components and cutting down the components down to its finest particles.

What is food Absorption?

After our stomach digests food, the food components have to be absorbed into the blood stream, to be used for energy and building cells.

Why our body needs food?

  • Any physical or mental movement or work takes energy. Food supplies the energy needed.

What if we eat too much or too little food?

Eating too much: If you eat too much food and most of the excess will be stored in the body. It is easier for the body to store the excess huge amounts of food into fat, most of the storage takes part under the skin.

Eating too little: If you eat too little, you can’t be very energetic, you can not perform all your physical and mental work 100%.
