What is Testicular Artery?

There are two testicular artery, one supplying each testicle, arise from the aorta and take a long course through the back of the abdomen and inguinal canal in the groin to reach the testicle and scrotum. Twisting (torsion) of the testicle can restrict the blood supply through the artery and damage the testicle.
