Thiotepa is an antineoplastic medication used as an injection to treat some forms of breast, ovarian and bladder cancer.

There are almost invariably some minor to moderate side effects (e.g. fever, dizziness, headache, blurred vision) but it must be used with great care as it may have serious side effects including low blood pressure (hypotension), brain effects and bone marrow damage.
